garso glaudinimas statusas T sritis informatika apibrėžtis Duomenų glaudinimo būdas garso failų dydžiui sumažinti. Taip garsą patogiau laikyti kompiuterinėse laikmenose, persiųsti kompiuterių tinklais. Glaudinimo algoritmai ir įtaisai vadinami ↑kodekais (2). Kaip ir kiti duomenys, garsas gali būti suglaudintas su praradimais (pvz., ↑MP3 formatas) arba be praradimų (pvz., FLAC formatas).
